•  The owner of the Law office  is David A.  Akintimoye.  He is  licensed to practice law in California before all state and federal courts. He has been recognized in Who's Who in America Law, 2007-2008 edition and Who's Who in America, 2008 edition. He has received awards from major organizations such as the State Bar of California and National Republican Congressional Committee (highest honor of Congressional Order of Merit for outstanding service to humanity). He is the author of the book, "How to handle a child custody case  without an attorney in California".
• In recognition of his committment to the ideals of the United States of America, he was invited to and attended the  U.S Presidential dinners  with President George W. Bush in Washington D.C in 2006, 2007 and twice in 2008. He belongs to many professional associations including  Riverside County Bar Association,  American Association for Justice.
