With limited exceptions, for all chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, my attorney fee is $1000.00 (One thousand dollars only). This amount includes the filing fee! I do not accept payment plan. The entire sum must be paid at once. For the above fee, i will accurately prepare and file your petition and represent you at the 341a meetings of creditors. I will also give you valuable advice until you get your discharge. The fee of $1000 is limited to every debtor whose total unsecured debts is $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand dollars) or below.

With limited exceptions, for chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, my attorney fee is $4000.00. This amount includes the filing fee! I will accept a down payment of $1500.00 and the balance will be paid through your chapter 13 plan.

For chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, my fees depend on the nature of what you want me to do. The minimum down payment for my attorney fees is $20,000.00. Any additional fees will be paid through the chapter 11 plan.
