With limited exceptions, for chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, I charge $1300.00. This includes the filing fee! I do not accept payment plan. The entire sum must be paid at once. For the above fee, I will accurately prepare and file your petition and represent you at all 341 meetings.

With limited exceptions, for chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, I charge $2500.00. This amount includes the filing fee! I will take your chapter 13 case if you can come up with a down payment of $1500.00 provided you agree to pay me the balance of my attorney fees through a chapter 13 plan. Some lawyers charge about $4000.00 for chapter 13 petitions. I am not charging that much because I handle chapter 13 petitions frequently and I am very familiar with the law on chapter 13 petitions.   

My success rate is about 99.9 percent.   

Under the new law that became effective in California in July 2008, you may be able to modify your loan, reduce your monthly payment and reduce your interest rate without filing for bankruptcy. I am willing to assist you for a reasonable fee.
