We represent individual and corporate debtors and creditors in all chapters 7, 11 , 12 and 13 cases. If you are a debtor, our goal is to assist you to get rid of your bad debts and toxic loans and to keep your home and other valuable assets and investments without any further harassment or collection activities from your creditors. If you are an insolvent business debtor, our goal is to enable you reorganize your business by getting rid of bad debts while you are still fully in charge of your business.

For individual debtors, Our attorney fee is only $1000 in all chapter 7 cases except where the total debts exceed $100,000.00. This fee includes the filing fee of $299. Some services are excluded from the above fee.

 In chapter 12 and 13 cases, our attorney fee is $4000,00. Clients must deposit at least $1500,00 to start.

In chapter 11 cases, we charge an hourly rate of attorney fee of $250,00 and we expect a client to deposit a retainer of at least $10,000.00 towards our fees. Our success rate is about 99.9 percent.
