BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REPRESENTING CLIENTS IN CHAPTERS 7, 11 AND 13 CASES

I represent debtors who are individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies in all chapters 7, 11 and 13 cases. My goal is to assist you to get rid of your bad debts and toxic loans and to keep your home and other valuable assets and investments without any further harassment or collection activities from your creditors. If you are in business and you are insolvent, my goal is to enable you reorganize your business by getting rid of bad debts while you are still fully in charge of your business.

I know you will like to know how much i charge for my services. In chapter 11 cases, I charge an hourly rate of $250 and you will be required to deposit a retainer fee of  $20,000 with me. My attorney fees will be paid from the retainer fee until it is exhausted. 

With limited exceptions, for chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, I charge $1000.00. This includes the filing fee! I do not accept payment plan. The entire sum must be paid at once. For the above fee, I will accurately prepare and file your petition and represent you at the 341a meeting. This fee of $1000 applies to every debtor whose total unsecured debts do not exceed $100,000.00 (one hundred thousand dollars).

With limited exceptions, for chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, I charge $4000.00. This amount includes the filing fee! I will take your chapter 13 case if you can come up with a down payment of $1500.00 provided you agree to pay me the balance of my attorney fees through a chapter 13 plan.  chapter 13 petitions. My success rate is about 99.9 percent.
