We can help you save your home from foreclosure through chapter 13 bankruptcy petition. This is how it works. We will rearrange the payment of the amount you owe on your mortgage by spreading it for at least 3 years. For example, if your monthly payment is $2000 and you have missed 10 payments, your total back payment is $20,000 (2000 x 10). We can help you rearrange the repayment of the $20,000 for  a minimum of 3 years. This means you will have to pay $555.56 per month to cure the arrears instead of having to come up with the entire $20,000. You may qualify for 5 years repayment plan if you earn good income. This is one way we can help you save your home.

We can also help you lower your monthly payment on your home  through a chapter 13 plan. This is how it works. Let us say you have two loans on your home. The first loan balance is $300,000 and the second loan balance is $100,000 and your home is worth less than your loan balance on the first loan ($300,000);  We can wipe out the junior loan of $100,000 in the sense that it will be canceled and you will never have to repay the second loan again. You will only need to make your normal payment on the first loan.

If you own a house and you are not livng in it, w can reduce all the liens on the house to the current value of the house and adjust your monthly payment accordingly. For example, if you owe $300,000 as a first loan, $100,000 as a second loan and your house is only worh $200,000, your loan balance of $400,000 will be reduced to $200,000, the current value of your house. We will ask the court for a new and lower  fixed interest rate on the new principal balance of $200,000 for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years.

We can also stop the repossession of your vehicle by paying all the monies you owe within 3 years or 5. In addition, if your vehicle is more than 910 days old from the date you purchased it from a dealer, all the money you will pay on the car is what is worth now, not what you still owe the lender! Even if the vehicle is less than 910 days old and you are not using the vehicle for yourself but you bought it for a relative, I will help you to pay what the car is worth now, not what you owe. 

In addition, We will wipe out all your credit card debts, personal loans, medical bills, unsecured debts and collections in a chapter 13 plan.

Attorney fees

With limited exceptions, for chapter 7 petitions,  our fee is  $1000.00 (one thousand dollars) and this includes the filing fee. We do not accept payment plan. For this fee, we will accurately prepare your petition and file it,  David will accompany you to the meeting of creditors and will advice you until you get your discharge. Th fee of $1000 applies only to every individual debtor whose total unsecured debts is $100,000 or below.

With limited exceptions, for chapters 12 and 13 bankruptcy petitions, our attorny fee is $4000.00 and this includes the filing fee. We will take your chapter 13 case if you can come up with a downpayment of $1500.00 provided you also agree to pay the balance of our fees through your chapter 13 plan.

Attorney fee in chapter 11 case is on an hourly rate basis. You will be expected to deposit a retainer of $10, 000.00 towards our fees.

Our success rate is about 99.9 percent.
